Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Deuce. By accessing or using Deuce, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Deuce.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Account Roles
- Player accounts use Deuce to explore facilities and reserve available slots.
- Business accounts use Deuce to manage facilities, courts, schedules, and listing visibility.
- Deuce may request role verification and supporting information where needed.
3. Business Listing and Review
Business users may create facilities in draft mode. When a business requests visibility on the player side, Deuce may run an onboarding/review process before approval. Submitting for review does not guarantee approval or publishing.
4. Bookings and Availability
- Bookings depend on live availability and may fail if a slot is no longer open.
- Past time slots cannot be booked.
- Temporary slot holds may expire if checkout is not completed in time.
- Facility owners are responsible for the accuracy of listings, schedules, court details, and any facility-specific rules shown to players.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Prices are set by facilities unless explicitly stated otherwise by Deuce.
- Cancellation and refund terms may vary by facility and booking policy.
- Payment processing may involve third-party providers where enabled.
- In test/development mode, payment flows may be simulated and not represent live processing.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations.
- Do not submit fraudulent bookings, false business information, or misleading facility content.
- Do not violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or safety requirements.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
- Deuce and its platform materials are owned by Deuce or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
- You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Deuce a license to host, display, process, and use that content to operate and improve the service.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Deuce, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, posed security risk, or created legal/compliance exposure.
9. Disclaimers
Deuce is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every listing, booking, or time slot will remain available.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deuce is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Deuce harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Deuce, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Deuce after updates become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
